Innovator VIP Days
VIP Days. A VIP day is a one on one intensive where we focus on a specific area of need in your education program. We work through the goals and build out practical solutions that include a step by step plan to achieve the goals set. After a VIP day, we move to implementation where you will have Voxer access to me for support, questions, and trouble shooting as you implement that plan that was created.
This model of support enables us to go deep into the areas where you need the most support while providing backup while you make the solutions come to life. **VIP days can be customized as needed.
Here are the four main options of focus for a VIP day:
Curriculum & Student Growth
Does your curriculum reflect the mission and vision that you have for your program? Does it fully support the needs of your unique community? Are your students successful with the curriculum in place? Are your results consistent?
As an education program develops and community shapes around it the needs for curriculum can change. In this area we do a full review of the curriculum currently being used, the feedback of parents and staff, the development of your students and then take that information and build out a curriculum plan and mastery based growth model that is effective, repeatable, and straightforward to implement.
Marketing & Scaling
Do you have a wonderful program but can’t seem to get your enrollment numbers up where you want them to be? You aren’t even sure where to begin with getting enough students through the door to scale the way that you want to?
Once you have clarity for the vision for your program and have things running smoothly, it is time to scale. That is where a focused marketing plan and scaling system becomes absolutely crucial. On this VIP day we will review your website and marketing copy, get clarity around the numbers and systems needed for scaling, and build out a month by month plan for getting to your scaling goals.
Systems & Operations
Are you working and answering calls at all hours of the day and night? Chasing down enrollments, tuition, and paperwork? Struggling to see how you could grow without cloning yourself?
You need some solid systems. During this VIP day we will review your enrollment, payment, attendance, communication, marketing, staffing, and many more systems to ensure that you have streamlined, easy to duplicate and train, systems in place that will give you more time and mental space to be the visionary that your program really needs.
Team Development & Training
Is hiring a struggle? Is your team’s performance inconsistent? Are you wanting to pour into your team so that they can grow with you?
This VIP day is all about your ‘dream team’. Whether that means working on hiring, interviewing, and onboarding systems. Creating trainings for your teams now and in the future or actually training your team. Or, working through leadership training to support you in leading your team as you grow. This is where we make being an employer more of a joy than a stressor.
